Microabrasion
Many tooth stains are superficial
and can be removed by stripping away a small amount of the surface enamel, where many of
these stains reside. Areas of white-brown-yellow demineralization (hypocalcification) can
be safely and painlessly removed within a matter of minutes, and in conjunction with
bleaching, can render dramatic results, as pictured below.
